This is our flagship hydraulic camshaft kit. The cam is suited to a wide range of applications but is primarily designed for fast road use in engines above 4.0 litre that have been lightened and balanced and have 'pockets' in their pistons. This cams profile is defined as 2000 - 6000 rpm but will, in most applications, produce peak torque at around 4000 rpm and peak horsepower at around 5700rpm. Idle is slightly affected but it is a manageable difference. The power gains are substantial over a standard camshaft as fitted to a TVR 500 for example. The camshaft is produced to our design by Kent Cams. The Kit includes; Camshaft, Followers, Valve Springs, Fully adjustable double roller timing chain set, Gaskets to fit. Slightly less 'radical' than the H404, this is very much a multi role camshaft upgrade. Still manages good gains over a standard TVR camshaft but is more 'gentle' at low revs and therefore better suited to the road application for every day use. Together with this there is a noticeable increase in torque and this can therefore make it a good choice for off road vehicles or the slightly heavier vehicle. The kit is produced for us by Kent Cams and comprises; Camshaft, Followers, Double Roller Timing Chain, Valve Springs and Gaskets to fit. Please specify the application when ordering.

Basically speaking, you tell us the lift, duration and other characteristics you require and we will have the cam ground to those especifications for you or if you prefer, tell us the required usage and output and we will design the cam to fit your needs. There are obviously some limitations but if it is possible to produce we can probably supply it. Please call to discuss the options.
